Introduction & Scope

ec77 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming service provider. When you visit the ec77 website, create an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms and conditions set out below.

2. Account Registration & Management

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when creating an account. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure. If your details change, update your profile promptly or contact the support team.

2.2 Password & Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the ec77 support team immediately. ec77 is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ec77 may at any time request a valid national ID card, passport, or other documents from a user for identity verification. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until verification is complete. This process is carried out to prevent fraud and ensure financial security.

2.4 Single Currency

Transactions on ec77 accounts are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The currency selected at the time of account creation is considered final.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

ec77 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Transactions may only be made using these methods.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and may be returned. If you experience any issues during the deposit process, contact the support team.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, please confirm the following:

• Account verification (KYC) has been completed.
• The wagering requirements for any applicable bonus have been met.
• The withdrawal amount is at least ৳500.
• Try to withdraw using the same method that was used for the deposit.

ec77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal during a verification process or if suspicious activity is suspected.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If a user makes a deposit and then claims a failed payment, files a chargeback, or uses any other fraudulent method, their account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken.

4. Bonus & Promotional Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳16,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 for a total balance of ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, a ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time from the date the bonus is credited. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after the expiry period.
• If any attempt is made to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• ec77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected abuse.

4.4 Other Promotions

ec77 may offer additional promotions and special deals from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotion description. If there is a conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion's specific terms will take precedence.

5. Gaming Rules & Policies

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Participating in games using software, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach or damage the platform's security systems.
